Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to alerts in fraud management tools, and take necessary actions to mitigate risks
  • Investigate spikes and patterns in fraud metrics to identify emerging trends and suspicious activities
  • Handle fraud incidents and escalations, providing timely analysis and resolution for evolving fraud trends
  • Maintain and update internal fraud process documentation to ensure operational consistency
  • Support the Fraud Operations Manager in refining policies, procedures, and internal workflows
  • Take ownership of daily team workflows relating to fraud & abuse prevention across all sides of the marketplace
  • Handle and respond to fraud-related inquiries and concerns from internal stakeholders
  • Provide subject matter expertise on investigations/escalations to the tech, operations & leadership teams
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver strategic fraud prevention measures
