Candidates need a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, ECE, ENI, or VLSI with 8+ years of experience in silicon design, strong background in IP, SoC, or ASIC design, expertise in RTL coding, experience with UPF for power intent, and hands-on involvement in tape-in/tape-out processes and ECOs.
The role involves close collaboration with teams across different geographical sites, including Quartus software, IP, Validation, and customer-facing teams, with expectations to participate in cross-functional collaboration, mentor junior team members, and demonstrate motivation, teamwork, and good communication skills.
A strong candidate has 8+ years in silicon design with expertise in RTL coding, UPF, tape-out processes, prior FPGA knowledge, and excels in cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and communication as a highly motivated team player.
