Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in FP&A management within a Shared Service Center
  • Strong financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and internal controls expertise
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and identifying process improvements
  • Ability to influence decisions through clear analysis and executive-level communication
  • Validated partnership skills, self-motivation, and ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; experience working in global, remote teams
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint; Oracle, HFM, and Power BI preferred
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Create consolidated reporting structure across a portfolio of workforce migration projects and standardized analysis for individual project
  • Coordinate with Groups/Divisions and GBS Project Management team regarding migration timing, business case changes, and shared costs
  • Support GBS Operational leadership and project management on migration efforts
  • Coordinate, complete, and review the Project FP&A month-end close process and post-close reporting cycles
  • Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast processes
  • Identify and implement recommendations to improve current reporting tools, driving efficiencies through automation and financial reporting standardization
  • Provide strong decision support to business leadership by crafting models, presentations, and dashboards that consider controls and compliance standards
  • Take high-level direction and work proactively and independently to drive the execution of team goals and problem-solving
  • Participate as a Finance Leader in continuous improvement projects for the Shared Service Center, developing the ability to communicate and illustrate accurate financial analysis to management
  • Manage a team of analysts, ensuring coordination, motivation, and development of resources
