Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA/CMA a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in retail, consumer products, or multi-unit businesses
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with BI/reporting tools and ERP systems
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and narratives
  • Strong organization and stakeholder management skills with a process-improvement mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the annual budgeting process and recurring forecasts across all business units
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements, performance dashboards, and executive-level reporting packages
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities
  • Enhance FP&A processes and systems to improve forecast accuracy and reporting capabilities
  • Partner with Operations, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate sales trends, labor productivity, and promotional effectiveness
  • Build financial models to support capital investments, pricing decisions, and scenario planning
  • Monitor KPIs and maintain standardized tracking to ensure performance alignment with company goals
  • Assist in preparing materials for Board and senior leadership reviews
