Requirements

  • 2–4 years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or similar analytical role
  • Proven strong financial modeling skills
  • Clear communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working with executives
  • Self-starter who can operate independently and figure things out
  • Experience with inventory-heavy or manufacturing businesses a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly reporting packages and board-ready materials
  • Partner with accounting on actuals vs. forecast variance analysis
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance across departments
  • Support pricing, product, and operational decisions with ad hoc analysis
  • Distill core business drivers to inform high-impact strategic decisions at the executive level
  • Recommend software and tools to drive efficiencies within FP&A and throughout the company
