FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated FP&A Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in informing company strategy through financial analysis and developing scalable processes to support our growth. You will report to the Director, FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions, scenario planning, and long-range strategic planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and analytical processes, leveraging financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure cohesive communication and financial alignment across the organization.
• Prepare and present monthly variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct in-depth ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience, ideally in investment banking, private equity, or a startup finance function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis skills.
• Proficiency with planning tools is a plus.
• Ability to think in frameworks to understand and break down complex, abstract problems.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high bar for operational excellence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on tasks to ensure company success.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $88,000 - $117,000
• Eligibility: This role is eligible for our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.

Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
