Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience as an FP&A analyst
  • Previous experience from a global SAAS company - An advantage
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Knowledge of HC and Labor analysis
  • Ability to balance attention to details with a zoomed-out view of the big picture
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Excel (SQL – advantage)
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems and BI tools – Netsuite, Tableau – Advantage

Responsibilities

  • Take part in our monthly forecasting process
  • Establish effective reports and processes to perform financial analysis and monitor financial and operating metrics
  • Become the focal point for all labor analysis and HC forecasting and reporting
  • Manage cross company labor working assumptions (Fringe, and bonus models, merit)
  • Provide analysis and insights to support decision making
  • Become a true thought partner providing business insights, high quality deliverables and recommendations to the G&A departments
  • Perform budget control across several departments of the company
  • Close collaboration with Accounting, HR & Talent Acquisition teams
