Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for international financial reporting, consolidations, and analytics processes
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of reporting tools and systems (e.g., Dodeca, Power BI, SAP, HFM, One Margin), including the integration of AI-driven technologies like Microsoft Co-Pilot
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in P&L, investment, and KPI reporting across all international markets and sub-regions
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership across Area HQ, global finance, and country-level teams
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through deep analysis of monthly actuals, LBE (Latest Best Estimate), and MEC (Month-End Close) deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies, streamline reporting cycles, and enhance forecasting accuracy
  • Manage and mentor a team of Financial Analysts, ensuring high performance, professional development, and alignment with business priorities
  • Own the consolidation and delivery of all international financial reporting packages, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards
  • Act as a key liaison between Area HQ, global finance, and regional/country finance teams, ensuring alignment and transparency in financial communications
