Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a Master's degree or CPA/CMA being a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial business partnering is required, along with strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems such as SAP, Netsuite, and Power BI is essential, as are excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, strong business acumen, and strategic thinking. This role is exclusively open to candidates registered under Italian Law 68/99 and based in Lombardia, Emilia Romagna, and Veneto.

Responsibilities

The FP&A Manager and Financial Business Partner will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, and produce accurate monthly management P&L reports. They will analyze monthly financial results and key performance indicators, develop business models for strategic initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance financial transparency. This role involves acting as a key financial partner to department heads, providing guidance, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions. The position also includes supporting M&A, investments, or cost-saving projects, and identifying automation opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and cycle time.
