Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant with 3 years of experience in FP&A profile
  • Strong accounting knowledge and financial planning & analysis skills (for Commercial Operations)
  • High business acumen, financial numeracy, and attention to detail
  • Strong integrity, interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in MS office and global ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, Navision, etc
  • Prior experience of working in an MNC culture (ideal fit)

Responsibilities

  • Drive FP&A for diagnostic business including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business partnership
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and presenting information including past trends of key performance indicators across areas of revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, and capital expenditures
  • Ensure timely & accurate monthly, quarterly and year end closing & reporting according to Group policies (including monthly comments)
  • Implement and manage Business Intelligence Tools and Power BI Dashboards
  • Report globally aligned KPIs for ad-hoc, short-term and long-term planning in line with global standards
  • Prepare management information for the Global team on a regular basis
  • Support Manager, Senior Management Team and Department heads with in-depth financial analysis and various presentations to enable fact-based decision making and identify opportunities for investment/growth
