Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Hands-on experience building and deploying applications with GenAI tools and LLMs
Solid fundamentals in Python or TypeScript, APIs, Git, and basic cloud platforms
Clear communication and facilitation skills with non-technical users
Comfort working in ambiguity; scrappy, curious, and biased toward “good-enough” prototypes over perfection, with a creative approach to problem solving
Growth mindset and collaborative spirit, passionate about enabling others, sharing learnings, and fostering a culture of experimentation
Nice to have: one to two years in consulting or customer-facing software engineering roles, or experience in alternative asset management or broader financial services

Responsibilities

Partner with business units to identify and prioritise high-value use cases, manage sprints, and communicate with stakeholders and the central team
Prototype workflows, data pipelines, prompts, and application experiences
Build and support integrations using a mix of low-code and high-code tools, contributing to the broader data platform as required
Evaluate third-party tools for strategic fit within firmwide technical capabilities
Ensure solutions align with established best practices for safe use, access, and security
Identify and monitor outcomes, and iterate based on usage, time saved, and feedback
Track AI trends and experiment with emerging capabilities to fuel continuous innovation
