Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
Collaboration and communication skills; able to organise and prioritise tasks independently
Meticulous attention to detail in following procedures and keeping manual records
Ability to perform tasks with dexterity
Capable of following written procedures and H&S guidelines

Responsibilities

Weigh, dissolve, and dilute antimicrobial solutions according to procedures and production paperwork
Set up and monitor production dispensing pumps, ensuring timely and quality output through pouring, priming, and weight checks
Produce required solutions such as ID media, buffers, and excipients
Perform compliance checks on laboratory equipment and instrumentation, including pipettes, balances, and extractors
Maintain and monitor raw material stock levels, including consumables, intermediates, and equipment
Wash and autoclave equipment like pumps and glassware
Utilise computer software (SAP ERP, Microsoft Office, custom programs) to process information
Ensure H&S and quality standards are met at all times and ensure compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
Ensure written procedures are followed
Further duties and responsibilities as required and within the ability of the post holder
