Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
  • Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
  • Collaboration and communication skills; able to organise and prioritise tasks independently
  • Meticulous attention to detail in following procedures and keeping manual records
  • Ability to perform tasks with dexterity
  • Capable of following written procedures and H&S guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Weigh, dissolve, and dilute antimicrobial solutions according to procedures and production paperwork
  • Set up and monitor production dispensing pumps, ensuring timely and quality output through pouring, priming, and weight checks
  • Produce required solutions such as ID media, buffers, and excipients
  • Perform compliance checks on laboratory equipment and instrumentation, including pipettes, balances, and extractors
  • Maintain and monitor raw material stock levels, including consumables, intermediates, and equipment
  • Wash and autoclave equipment like pumps and glassware
  • Utilise computer software (SAP ERP, Microsoft Office, custom programs) to process information
  • Ensure H&S and quality standards are met at all times and ensure compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
  • Ensure written procedures are followed
  • Further duties and responsibilities as required and within the ability of the post holder
