Responsibilities

  • Ensure Product Managers and key stakeholders implement and scale the Product Operating Model, focusing on AI tools and real-life product skills
  • Drive content creation and collaborate with stakeholders (Product Leaders, subject matter experts, instructional designers) to develop engaging learning materials and workshops, including a Product Masterclass led by the Chief Product Officer
  • Establish a robust L&D curriculum for Product Managers and teams
  • Design and deliver transformative learning experiences to empower product teams
  • Develop and launch a revamped L&D curriculum for Product Managers
  • Drive engagement through collaboration with product leaders, SMEs, and instructional designers to create effective learning content
