Responsibilities

Schedule and manage the shipment of finished goods according to plan
Maintain records of shipping and receiving documents
Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely customer pickup
Prepare materials according to the shipment plan
Organize and transport various materials using a forklift, ensuring proper placement and stacking techniques (avoiding exceeding height limits and ensuring cables are not exposed)
Verify the accuracy of material types, specifications, and quantities during transport
Perform seven-point checks during container loading
Report any discrepancies or anomalies
Ensure the correctness of all shipping and receiving documents related to material flow
