Requirements

  • Ability to drive a forklift (铲车)
  • Knowledge of warehouse management procedures
  • Skills in handling import/export management and planning information
  • Capability to perform material checks (variety, specifications, quantity)
  • Understanding of safe material handling and stacking practices (e.g., neat placement, not too high stacks, no exposed wires)
  • Familiarity with container loading registration, inspection (seven-point check method), and reporting abnormalities
  • Accuracy in managing documents for receipts, shipments, inventory, etc

Responsibilities

  • Manage import/export operations and planning information
  • Receive production finished goods
  • Ship finished goods according to warehouse management requirements and plans
  • Safely store finished goods per warehouse standards
  • Arrange shipments of finished goods based on plans
  • Maintain and manage shipping documents
  • Prepare materials based on shipping plans and ensure timely customer pickup
  • Arrange handling of various materials, verifying variety, specifications, and quantity
  • Drive forklift to place materials neatly by variety, specifications, classification, and position
  • Ensure materials are stacked neatly during transport, not too high, with no exposed wires to prevent damage
  • Perform registration and inspection for finished goods container loading (seven-point check method), report abnormalities
  • Ensure accuracy of all documents for material receipts, shipments, inventory in/out, etc
