US Non-Accredited Foreign Pharmacy Graduate
Successfully passed FPGEE and TOEFL
Eligible to complete required US Internship hours
Complete internship within 18 months
Prepared to complete and pass all required Pharmacist licensure exams and processes within 120 days of completing internship hours

Responsibilities

Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists and Technicians manage and improve patient health
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care, creating personalized moments at pick-up, drive-thru, phone; offer immunizations and services at register/phone; solve or escalate patient problems
Offer counseling, field medical questions, solicit patient medical history under direct supervision of licensed pharmacist
Take telephonic prescriptions from prescribers and call prescribers to clarify prescriptions or facilitate medication changes, where allowed by state regulation
Maintain highest level of self-awareness and provide in-the-moment coaching, training
Assist pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations, prompt/safe/accurate prescription filling, and caring service exceeding patient expectations
Operate as part of pharmacy team using SOPs, best practices, and effective communication
Demonstrate empathy, genuine care, and contribute to safe/inclusive culture in all interactions
Participate in hands-on experience, training roadmap, Key Learning Experiences (KLEs), time with leaders to develop knowledge/skills in pharmacy practice, patient care, business acumen, leadership
