Requirements

US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate with successful completion of FPGEE and TOEFL
Eligibility to complete required US Internship hours within 18 months
Preparation to complete and pass all required Pharmacist licensure exams and processes within 120 days of completing internship hours

Responsibilities

Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists and Technicians manage and improve patient health
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care, creating personalized moments at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
Keep patients healthy by offering immunizations and other services at the register and over the phone
Demonstrate compassionate care by solving or escalating patient problems
Offer to counsel, field medical questions, and solicit patient medical history information under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist
Take telephonic prescriptions from prescribers and call prescribers to clarify prescriptions or facilitate medication changes, where allowed by state regulation
Maintain high self-awareness and provide in-the-moment coaching and training
Assist pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations, prompt, safe, and accurate prescription filling, and service exceeding patient expectations
Operate as part of the pharmacy team through SOPs, best practices, and effective communication
Demonstrate empathy, genuine care, and contribute to a safe, inclusive culture in all interactions
Participate in hands-on experience, training roadmap, Key Learning Experiences (KLEs), and time with district leaders to develop pharmacy practice, patient care, business acumen, and leadership skills
