  • Effective management skills, including task assignment and team execution
  • Strong cash management skills (counting drawers, creating daily deposits, cash accountability reports)
  • Knowledge of industry standards and ability to observe and improve employee performance
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all Ramunto’s menu items in an appetizing and safe manner
  • Work the front counter and prep areas along with staff
  • Process all daily computer reports 2 days per week when manager is off
  • Cover manager vacations
  • Assist with placing all food and supply orders, checking in orders, and organizing stock
  • Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance of the shop
  • Maintain Ramunto’s brand standards
  • Complete accurate cost counts every week
  • Execute and delegate shift duties, including temp logs, product dating, timers, and shelf-life tagging
  • Assist with follow-up on tasks needed to improve Global and Ramunto’s inspections
  • Maintain shop to local health code and follow up on tasks assigned by the Department of Health
