Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate a minimum of one year of experience in a retail leadership role, with strong customer service skills and the ability to motivate and train a team. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Floor Lead will contribute to an environment where employees are informed and capable by supporting training, model and hold employees accountable to customer service standards, communicate performance issues directly to the General Manager or Store Manager, support sales driving initiatives and create daily agendas, direct employees to ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandise presentations, and ensure selling floor is adequately stocked according to visual standards, maintain product knowledge, access available training and seek out additional resources when necessary, ensure timekeeping practices are in place and consistently followed, complete and carry out inventory transactions, ring employee transactions, demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, accurately record time worked, and fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager or Store Manager.
