The role requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to operate a computer, POS system, and keyboards, and physical abilities including standing for up to 3 hours, moving about the workplace, and climbing ladders.
The Floor Lead reports to a General Manager (GM) or Store Manager (SM) and supports them by directing daily store operations as a Manager on Duty (MOD).
A strong candidate should have leadership experience in retail, excellent communication skills, physical stamina for standing and moving, and familiarity with POS systems and customer service standards.
