Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate at least one year of experience in a retail leadership role, with strong customer service skills and the ability to train and motivate employees. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management is preferred.
The Floor Lead will contribute to an environment where employees are informed and capable by supporting training, model and hold employees accountable to customer service standards, communicate performance issues directly to the General Manager or Store Manager, support sales driving initiatives and create daily agendas, direct employees to ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels and presentations, maintain product knowledge and access training resources, complete inventory transactions, ring employee transactions, demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, accurately record time worked, and fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager or Store Manager.
