Responsibilities

  • Support training for all employees
  • Model and hold employees accountable to customer service standards
  • Communicate Sur La Table policies and SOPs to employees
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback to employees
  • Support sales driving initiatives and create daily agendas
  • Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels and presentations
  • Maintain product knowledge and seek out additional resources
  • Complete inventory transactions (receiving, MOS, RARs)
  • Ring employee transactions
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Accurately record time worked according to SLT policy
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager or Store Manager
