Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate experience in a leadership or customer service role, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be able to maintain product knowledge and adhere to company policies and procedures.
The Floor Lead will contribute to an environment where employees are informed and capable by supporting training, model and hold employees accountable to customer service standards, provide coaching and performance feedback, support sales driving initiatives, direct employees to ensure merchandise stock levels and presentations are maintained, complete inventory transactions, ring employee transactions, and demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, the Floor Lead will ensure timekeeping practices are followed, stay informed about product knowledge, and complete other responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager or Store Manager.
