Responsibilities

Supports the Fleet Manager in Germany and the Netherlands in the delivery of critical maintenance programs and achievement of regulatory compliance
Administers key fleet processes (vehicle licensing & testing, vendor maintenance, GVMax data entry, etc.)
Maintains relevant records/databases (GVMax)
Coordinates with FedEx personnel and regulatory authorities to provide information and progress required outcomes
Coordinates vehicle maintenance schedules with service partners and operations
Carries out research, analysis, and reporting functions relating to expenditure control
Handles physical filing of vehicle registration documents and regulatory inspection records
Provides support in vehicle registration and sales processes
Handles escalated or more complex issues
Coordinates team activities or those of agency contract staff
Supports supervisor or manager activities
Supports the design, review, and implementation of processes and procedures
Completes office-based administrative tasks relating to back-office or commercial functions
Provides back-up for other Fleet Management Administrators
Supports Fleet Management Specialists in Germany and the Netherlands for workshop visits
Supports Fleet Management Specialists in Germany and the Netherlands for repair checks on-site
Supports Fleet Management Specialists in asset sales
Performs on-site filing of documents (like license, MOT, etc.)
