Responsibilities

  • Report monthly dealer fleet and financial metrics
  • Prepare and present Quarterly Financial Reviews with Rental Leadership Team
  • Work with Cat dealers to leverage data and standardize monthly & quarterly
  • Leverage Agile project management in development of tool & reporting needs for the Rental & Used organization
  • Interpret data, develop modeling, provide insights in support of Rental & Used initiatives, e.g., Rental Fleet Planning & Analysis, Rental Profitability Analysis, Operational Excellence, Rapid Improvement Workshops
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis as needed to support the Rental & Used organization and our business partners
  • Lead data and analytics training to support the Rental & Used organization and our business partners
  • Support the Rental Strategy through management of rental fleet reporting process
  • Provide timely and accurate data analysis for our Field and Leadership Teams
  • Develop and improve existing fleet & financial reporting capabilities to measure progress toward our strategic goals
