Prior experience demonstrating logic-driven problem-solving skills is advantageous, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and possess good interpersonal and analytical problem-solving skills.
The Fleet Assistant will assist in planning driver routes, performing daily station tasks such as receiving and returning shipments, sorting, van inbound operations, and managing PET tickets. They will also monitor routes, handle bank-in COD money, maintain station infrastructure and cleanliness, comply with Ninja Van's policies and code of conduct, and assist the Station Head in keeping documents updated. Furthermore, they will participate in quality management system, OH&S, and GDPMD related programs, and proactively contribute to continual improvement processes as a disciplined team player.
