Requirements

Applicants must be between 18 and 45 years old, possess at least a SPM/Diploma in any field, and be able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively. Prior experience demonstrating logic-driven problem-solving skills is advantageous, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and possess strong interpersonal and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

The Fleet Assistant will assist in planning driver routes, manage station daily tasks including receiving and returning shipments, sorting, van inbound operations, latlong parcel management, PETs ticket creation, route monitoring, route inbound, and bank in COD money. They will also comply to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions, assist in maintaining station infrastructure and cleanliness, ensure proper document keeping, and adhere to Ninja Van's Code of Conduct, Quality Policies, and Quality Objectives, as well as participate in QMS, OHS, and GDPMD related programmes.
