Responsibilities

The Fleet Assistant will assist in managing daily fleet operations and monitoring drivers. They will improve operational processes to enhance delivery performance metrics and work on fleet utilization and route planning in collaboration with management and the in-house algorithms team. The role involves prioritizing and planning local fleet operations and developing flexible capacity growth strategies. Additionally, the assistant will conceive new analytics models and enhance existing data gathering and analytics tools for better visibility in parcel transportation operations. They will work closely with teams and other departments to improve software across operational touch points and help shape Ninja Van's long-term strategy for fleet capabilities and new business opportunities.
