You will work in the open source Mozilla codebase touching a variety of technologies including C, C++, Rust, Objective-C, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field or comparable work experience is required, along with demonstrated experience using systems programming languages like C, C++, Objective-C, or Rust, knowledge of web technologies such as Javascript, HTML, and CSS, and strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
This is a distributed team, so remote work is supported.
You will be a member of the OS Integration team, a distributed team specializing in ensuring Firefox harmonizes with host operating systems, focusing on macOS for this role.
Strong candidates will have a CS degree or equivalent, demonstrated systems programming experience in C, C++, Objective-C, or Rust, macOS development experience with AppKit or Cocoa ideally, knowledge of web technologies, and strong problem-solving skills.
