Opleiding: MBO-4 niveau in finance, bedrijfsadministratie of vergelijkbaar
Ervaring: 1-2 jaar in een administratieve of financiële rol, of een sterke starter met relevante stage-ervaring
Vaardigheden: Solide boekhoudkundige basis, kennis van Exact Online (vertrouwd ermee), Blue10 (pré)
Talen: Goed Nederlands, basis Engels

Bereidheid om in Dongen te werken (af en toe Utrecht), met hybride optie (1-2 dagen per week thuis)

Responsibilities

Facturen snel en foutloos verwerken: controleren, matchen en boeken van inkoopfacturen in Blue10 en Exact Online
Crediteurenadministratie beheren: onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en afstemmen van betaalstromen
Bankboekingen verwerken en afstemmen in Exact Online
Ondersteunen bij maand- en kwartaalafsluitingen voor de Financial Controller en CFO
Meedenken over procesverbeteringen, zoals factuurflows en templates, om administratie slimmer en efficiënter te maken
