Responsibilities

  • Serve as the official face of Fidelity, impacting branch atmosphere through integrity and honesty
  • Inspire client dedication and engagement to develop long-lasting positive relationships
  • Act as subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions
  • Partner and contribute to branch success by identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships
  • Offer daily support to Fidelity’s most valuable clients
  • Identify leads and make effective introductions to impact branch success
  • Act as technology champion for the branch, adopting new technology and sharing knowledge with the team
