First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting preferred

Responsibilities

Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
Conduct variance analysis and cost tracking across departments or projects
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for both internal and external use
Collaborate with accounting teams during month-end close to ensure accurate financial data
Assist in audits and compliance processes
Build and maintain financial dashboards and performance metrics
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting accuracy
Partner with businesses to ensure capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused for greatest ROI
Gather financial data and perform financial analyses and reporting (e.g., profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, pricing) to influence decisions and drive cross-business initiatives (e.g., M&A)
Drive the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, long-term) by analyzing trends and ensuring alignment with business and corporate objectives
Communicate and drive adherence to GAAP and organizational financial goals and policies
Represent financial results correctly internally and externally with fiduciary responsibility
Ensure strong business controls
