Requirements
- Qualified accountant
- Extensive stakeholder and people management experience
- Experience of managing the delivery of reporting that utilises the skills/experience of a number of subject matter experts
- Track record of identifying and delivering process improvements to streamline reporting
- Strong background in financial reporting, including awareness of global accounting standards, including US GAAP and IFRS
- Leads individuals and teams to achieve objectives and drive results; inspires the highest levels of performance
- Ability to clearly and confidently communicate in verbal and written form, with all levels of the business
- Commercially minded with an interest in the asset management sector
Responsibilities
- Actively contribute as a member of the FPR leadership team
- Ensure financial control is maintained over legal entities
- Manage delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting as appropriate
- Lead Finance input on ad hoc projects as required
