Requirements

Candidates should possess proven experience working with Australian financial advisors, along with preferred experience in KYC’s, client onboarding, insurance applications, and opening accounts. Prior experience in Paraplanning or Financial Adviser compliance is preferred, and proficiency with Xplan, Plutosoft, Zoho, or other CRM software is desired. Familiarity with Australian Financial Services and their advisors is also required.

Responsibilities

The Financial Planning Assistant will be responsible for fact finding and data entry, collating client data, providing client assistance, engaging in research, preparing documentation related to wealth solutions such as Superannuation, Investment strategies, Insurance products, Portfolio management, and cash flow modeling scenarios. They will assist in developing compliant financial advice documents, perform insurance needs evaluations and pre-assessments, contribute to process development, stay up-to-date on regulations, and participate in ad hoc projects to support company objectives.
