Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, ideally in consulting, corporate FP&A, or business operations. Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Python, or other coding languages is essential, along with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker. Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics is necessary, as is mastery of Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles is also required.

Responsibilities

The Manager will execute project plans and deliver solutions within FP&A domains, including creating end-to-end reporting solutions with KPI selection, data solutions, and visualization dashboards. They will assist clients with developing forecasting and budgeting processes, implementing planning technologies, and building long-range models. The role also involves supporting clients in an interim FP&A leadership capacity and providing point-specific FP&A solutions like 13-week cash flow models, ROI models, pricing analysis, revenue and profitability analysis, and organizational design.
