Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or other relevant area
  • 0 - 3 years experience within finance or accounting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and formulas)
  • Analytical, detailed, and organized person who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Eligible to work in Lithuania

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly close activities including accrual calculations, journal entries, variance analysis and reporting
  • Prepare/analyze Capital Access Platforms Index and Data commissions
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and standardization within financial reporting and analysis
  • Ad hoc financial analysis, communicating and presenting analysis and data as needed
