Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations that drive strategic and operational decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives and translate financial results into actionable insights
  • Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes across departments, developing and maintaining financial models to evaluate initiatives and investments
  • Monitor performance against plans, analyze key variances, and present findings with clear recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress toward company and departmental goals
  • Collaborate with finance leadership to enhance forecasting, reporting, and planning tools, streamlining processes for greater efficiency and accuracy
  • Contribute to building scalable FP&A systems and best practices to support the company’s continued growth
