Requirements

10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in FP&A leadership (SaaS or HealthTech experience preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; CPA or CFA required, MBA is a plus
Strong analytical, modeling, and business analysis skills, with ability to translate business strategy into financial insights
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and ability to create driver-based financial models
Outstanding communication and presentation skills to simplify complex financial concepts and tell compelling business stories
Adaptable, critical thinker with a solution-oriented mindset
Experience building FP&A functions or supporting finance scalability is a plus
Passionate, innovative, customer-centric, and collaborative

Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting process, developing comprehensive tools and ensuring timely delivery with high quality
Partner with the accounting team to provide monthly, quarterly, and annual actual vs. budget analysis with actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to establish rolling forecast practices and optimize FP&A tools and processes
Develop management reporting for senior leadership, enabling actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders
Provide financial modeling, analysis, and business insights to support strategic initiative approvals and execution
Act as a strategic translator between business functions and finance to drive effective communication and collaboration
Contribute to the vision and development strategy for the FP&A function, including people, processes, and systems
Help enhance finance and business acumen across the organization
Support other ad-hoc finance initiatives as required
Collaborate with the finance and leadership teams during core hours from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, ensuring smooth alignment with reporting deadlines and cross-department initiatives
