Requirements

Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting. A strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements, along with good knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles, is required. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The role also requires the ability to analyze and solve complex problems and comfort working in flexible or night shifts.

Responsibilities

The Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst will support annual operating plans and regular forecast exercises, manage reporting data from various database systems, and prepare standard and ad-hoc management reports. Responsibilities include performing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis, as well as analyzing P&L, forecast accuracy, and SG&A expenses. The analyst will also prepare Working Capital & Cost of Sales reports, reconcile transactions, collect operational data, and provide insightful analyses to support business units across the region and brands.
