Requirements

Candidates should have any graduation degree and 3-6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Required skills include domain expertise in FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting), a good understanding of P&L, B/S, and Cash flow statements, and knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The ability to work in flexi/night shifts and solve complex problems is also required.

Responsibilities

The Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst will perform financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. This includes collecting operational data, conducting analysis, reconciling transactions, and preparing standard and ad-hoc management reports for various business segments. The role involves supporting the Annual Operating Plan and regular forecast exercises, managing reporting data from database systems, and potentially handling client communications, queries, and irregularities. Responsibilities also include preparing and analyzing P&L, forecast accuracy, SG&A expense analysis, and working capital & cost of sales reports. The analyst will utilize diverse applications, understand their business and technical functionality, and provide support to all business units across the region/brands.
