Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, with 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field such as structured credit, asset management, structured finance, investment banking, private credit, direct lending, or fund operations. Experience with portfolio accounting software like Advent Geneva, World Investor, or similar systems is required, alongside familiarity with financial processes, audits, and compliance. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in reconciling data and resolving issues across platforms, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Junior Financial Operations Analyst will leverage provider documentation to prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports, efficiently facilitate and process new fundings and paydowns, organize and deliver documentation for audit support, manage monthly interest and principal distributions, reconcile platform issues, prepare interest invoices, ensure timely third-party payments, oversee borrower covenants, maintain precise records, assist the CEO of Art Finance with administrative tasks and data entry, and proactively learn and adapt to new responsibilities within a high-pressure environment.
