Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant consulting and/or financial services experience

Responsibilities

  • Contribute as part of cross-functional teams across the entire client engagement lifecycle from pitches to daily execution to delivery of analyses
  • Identify and address client objectives through the delivery of meaningful work
  • Contribute to the growth of commercial and strategic client opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with business divisions across the firm globally to leverage BlackRock’s platform for clients
  • Work closely with project team members to effectively present analyses and connect with senior leaders within clients and across BlackRock
  • Drive workstreams within a broader project context
  • Stay abreast of capital market and broader financial institutions trends to understand their impact on client opportunities
  • Drive the expansion of firm capabilities and deepen the firm’s connectivity with clients
