Candidates should possess 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, or operations analytics, demonstrating a strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with SQL or BI tools. They should be comfortable working with ambiguous data sets, messy inputs, and evolving structures, while maintaining a detail-oriented approach with a bias toward structure, clarity, and output, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
The Financial Analyst will assist in building and maintaining financial models and forecast templates, track client- and project-level utilization, billing, and performance trends, support rate card analysis, delivery margin tracking, and unit economics modeling, conduct ad-hoc analyses to support investment decisions and operational tradeoffs, partner with Delivery and Accounting to validate actuals and develop crisp reporting timelines, and prepare reporting and analysis for the Senior Manager and business stakeholders.
