Requirements

  • Knowledge of ERP and quote-to-cash systems is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and software
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and quote-to-cash processes

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and desired outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define future-state processes, develop business cases, and implement solutions
  • Craft and develop process maps for existing processes and build new process maps to optimize business operations
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and implementation of new processes
  • Apply PPI (Practical Process Improvement) or Six Sigma methodologies to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects
  • Drive change management efforts to foster adoption of new processes and technologies across functions
  • Conduct analysis of lead-to-cash, financial and adjacent processes and systems to identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains
  • Define timelines and deliverables, communicate progress to workstream leads, and monitor key activities, deliverable completion, issues, and decision status
  • Secure input and decisions from business and senior leaders
  • Facilitate working sessions to address challenges, align timelines, and develop contingency plans
  • Challenge workstream assumptions with an independent perspective
