Requirements
Candidates should possess a qualified accounting background, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, and demonstrate experience leading projects and delivering quality deliverables to deadlines. Prior consulting experience in finance transformation or active roles in finance transformation projects within the insurance industry is highly desirable. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, combined with a commitment to professional and client service excellence, are also required.
Responsibilities
As the Finance Transformation Director, you will lead large-scale programmes to assist insurance clients in achieving finance transformation, implement technology and digital solutions within Finance, reimagine and implement target operating models across operations, actuarial, and Finance functions. You will collaborate with colleagues across various business areas, lead high-performing teams at scale, coach and develop team members, initiate market activation activities, and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, including the C-suite.
