Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting or a related field
Around 5~7 years of overall finance experience (accounting, FP&A and related projects)
Proficient Korean & business English level written and verbal
Advanced skill in Excel, PowerPoint (Google Workspace tools are a bonus)
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Sigma, SQL and NetSuite (Oracle) is a plus
Experience in the retail or F&B industry (preferred)
A deep love and respect of delicious coffee, food and amazing guest experiences

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end accounting for E-commerce and CPG channels, including revenue recognition and cost accounting
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities in compliance with group standards
Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly sales reporting across cafés, e-commerce, and CPG channels
Oversee vendor management
Support tax filing, VAT reconciliation, and statutory reporting
Concur expense management, ensuring policy compliance
Provide financial data and planning support for budget, forecast, and variance analysis
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of accounting records and financial KPIs
Assist with external audit requests
Perform ad-hoc accounting and finance analysis as required
