Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting or a related field
  • Around 5~7 years of overall finance experience (accounting, FP&A and related projects)
  • Proficient Korean & business English level written and verbal
  • Advanced skill in Excel, PowerPoint (Google Workspace tools are a bonus)
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Sigma, SQL and NetSuite (Oracle) is a plus
  • Experience in the retail or F&B industry (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end accounting for E-commerce and CPG channels, including revenue recognition and cost accounting
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities in compliance with group standards
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly sales reporting across cafés, e-commerce, and CPG channels
  • Oversee vendor management
  • Support tax filing, VAT reconciliation, and statutory reporting
  • Concur expense management, ensuring policy compliance
  • Provide financial data and planning support for budget, forecast, and variance analysis
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of accounting records and financial KPIs
  • Assist with external audit requests
  • Perform ad-hoc accounting and finance analysis as required
