Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with 5 to 7 years of experience in finance operations, and a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting principles.

Responsibilities

The Finance Operations Manager will collaborate with various departments to align financial and operational goals, document and ensure compliance with financial controls, identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and accuracy, support the budgeting process, assist with month-end and year-end close processes, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, maintain and track key SaaS metrics using BI tools, analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities, assist in managing relationships with insurance brokers, support insurance renewals, manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and assist in managing vendor contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
