Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles. A minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, SaaS, or a similar technology environment is required, demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting. Experience with SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, and churn is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, FP&A at BlueCat, you will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to the Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services teams. This includes monitoring sales performance, developing revenue forecasts, analyzing sales incentive plans, evaluating marketing spend, and supporting pricing strategy decisions. You will also forecast services revenue, analyze project profitability, manage costs, ensure proper revenue recognition, and provide insights into customer retention and churn. Furthermore, you will collaborate with various teams to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.
