Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience (Financial Planning and Analysis processes)
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Experience with MS-Excel including ability to develop financial modelling, data manipulation, Pivot tables or macros
  • Experience with SAP and Power BI
  • Prior experience working with reporting tools such as OneStream, Hyperion or Cognos
  • Prior experience in companies in the medical industry or similar regulated industry (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Python, Hyper automation and Digital Finance (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain long-range strategic planning models aligned with corporate objectives and market conditions, supporting workforce productivity standards, and delivering advanced Excel-based financial reporting packages with comprehensive KPIs and dashboards
  • Be responsible for developing and managing the company’s annual budget and quarterly forecasts, coordinating and consolidating automated reporting using OneStream
  • Support the financial aspects of Integrated Business Planning processes in the subregion to improve revenue, forecast accuracy, customer service, inventory, and capital management
  • Partner with the commercial leaders to update the quarter Sales estimates and the Risks and Opportunities associated
  • Perform and analyze financial modeling, economic research, trends and studies subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, cash flow, investments, and cost against budget, variance analysis, forecasting, financial planning and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements and/or income statements
  • Support the management of all aspects of the Integrated Business Planning processes in the Central Latam subregion
  • Have P&L accountability for geography
  • Provide high-level guidance and serve as a key interface between commercial team, marketing, finance, operations management, and regional leadership delivering financial modelling and analysis to support operational decisions
  • Provide support in tracking and managing all areas of finance, driving the creation of the organization’s strategic goals and core business KPIs
  • Supervise a team of two senior financial planning analysts
