Requirements

Responsibilities

As the Finance Lead at Lumos, you will be responsible for assisting in Investor Relations functions, including preparing for Board Meetings and managing banking relationships; collaborating with sales leadership to define and measure targets, conduct analyses, and support deal structuring; analyzing long-term implications of business decisions; owning and improving financial workflows and building scalable solutions; leading the annual finance planning process, forecasting, and resource allocations; and overseeing all accounting operational functions, including managing external accounting firms and ensuring timely monthly closes.
